Job description

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. Who are we hiring?
During Arena events, the Delta Server Assistant works at food stations, busses tables and assists with any guest inquiries. This individual exhibits a warm, friendly and professional demeanor at all times to further enhance the guest experience.
What will you do?
  • Set up club space prior to event and maintain cleanliness of space during event.
  • Responsible for Club stations during service to include: keeping stations stocked, neat and clean; running food from kitchen/pantry; serving food; preparing coffee beverages.
  • Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed.
  • Adhere to Department of Health food handling regulations and Company's alcohol service guidelines.
  • Position could be assigned to another area within Premium, as per Local 100 contract and call sheet order.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?
  • Set up club space prior to event and maintain cleanliness of space during event.
  • Responsible for Club stations during service to include: keeping stations stocked, neat and clean; running food from kitchen/pantry; serving food; preparing coffee beverages.
  • Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed.
  • Adhere to Department of Health food handling regulations and Company's alcohol service guidelines.
  • Madison Club Server Assistants will also be assigned to work in The Loft; during non-club events, Madison Club Server Assistants may be assigned to work in Catering.

Special Requirements
  • Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
