Who are we hiring:
This position will administer the ServiceNow platform for the MSG Family of Companies. The candidate will ensure that the MSG Instances and applications are maintained properly and will work independently and with direction to resolve defects and deliver enhancements. They will work in a consultative manner gathering business requirements of internal customers, assessing business needs, and designing and developing business solutions. Some independent projects include workflow design, technical design, and rewriting module code, forms, and workflows.
What will you do?
  • Administer 4 ServiceNow Instances with various modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPO, SPM, and Workflow Data
  • Ensure ServiceNow systems are maintained and enhanced according to industry best practices.
  • Develop ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Integration Hub and other applications as needed
  • Assist in the design, development and implementation business applications within ServiceNow
  • Utilize Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs and other aspects of the ServiceNow system
  • Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro using CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4 years' experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise ITSM implementations
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in scripting language(s) like JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
  • Experience with Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and SPO modules of ServiceNow
  • ITIL certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent

Special requirements of the job
  • Work will be performed on-site a minimum 4 days a week in an MSG Corporate location with 1 day allowed remote at the discretion of management

Pay Range
$96,000-$170,000 USD
