Who are we hiring?
The Food Prep assists within the kitchen by preparing and assembling quality food for our guests. The Food Prep also assists with cleanliness of the kitchen at all times.
What will you do?
  • The timely preparation and exhibition assembly of fresh quality hot and cold product
  • Assists in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads and putting together entrees
  • Must have the ability to utilize a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, assisting chefs and cools and following detailed recipe specifications while adhering to NYC Department of Health guidelines
  • Ensures that food is stored properly
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
