It is like no other car wash around. Rocket Wash has been voted the Best of Racine and the Best of Kenosha since we opened back in 2017 for all locations. We are looking for the "Best" candidates with attention to detail.

We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills and can train and coach a team of 15-20 crew members. Car washing experience is not required. If you want to work in a fast-paced environment and not sit behind a desk all day, then apply today.

Job description:Ensure all employees are performing their assigned task in a timely manner to ensure our customers receive the best service available.Essential Functions:Assist Site Leader in achieving financial goals. Control cash and inventory. Complete any necessary reports in accordance with company policy

Balance, log and report deposits, invoices, and coupons.Assist in all area operations of the car wash including basic maintenance of equipment, scheduling, preparing daily reports while following all company procedures. Assist Crew Members with transactions, troubleshooting, and any other areas as needed.Monitor and maintain accurate store inventory and supplies levels. Assist in placing and receiving correct orders of supplies within wash.Keep car wash and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe

Participate in interviewing, hiring and reviewing employees following established company guidelines. Observe employee performance and correct and discipline, as needed. Perform necessary verbal and written warnings.
