Job description

EOS Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and highly connected Complex Director of Entertainment Sales to lead entertainment and corporate entertainment business development for two iconic luxury properties: The William Vale in Brooklyn, New York and L'Ermitage Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.
This strategic sales leader will be responsible for identifying, developing, and growing entertainment-related transient, group, and corporate business opportunities across both markets. The ideal candidate possesses deep relationships within the entertainment industry, including film, television, streaming, music, sports, publicity, talent management, production companies, studios, agencies, and corporate entertainment travel buyers.
Reporting to the respective property Directors of Sales, the Complex Director of Entertainment Sales will serve as the primary entertainment sales leader for both hotels, creating a bi-coastal sales strategy that maximizes revenue opportunities, market share, and brand awareness.
Key ResponsibilitiesEntertainment Industry Business Development
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive entertainment sales strategy for both The William Vale and L'Ermitage Beverly Hills.
  • Prospect, solicit, and secure new entertainment-related group, transient, and corporate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with studios, production companies, streaming platforms, talent agencies, management companies, publicity firms, record labels, sports and media organizations, and corporate entertainment travel buyers.
  • Generate room night production and group business from film, television, music, touring, publicity, award shows, production crews, talent travel, and entertainment-related events.

Group & Corporate Sales
  • Drive entertainment group sales including cast and crew accommodations, production blocks, publicity tours, premieres, corporate retreats, executive meetings, and special events.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for corporate entertainment accounts with travel needs in both New York and Los Angeles.
  • Collaborate with property sales teams to convert leads into contracted business and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, room blocks, and group agreements while maintaining profitability objectives.

Account Management
  • Maintain an active portfolio of key entertainment accounts across both coasts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, entertainment events, and industry networking functions.
  • Represent both properties at industry trade shows, conferences, and entertainment-focused events.
  • Develop strategic account plans to grow market share and increase repeat business.

Revenue & Market Leadership
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue, room night, and production goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and entertainment travel patterns to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Partner with Revenue Management and property leadership teams to optimize pricing and business mix strategies.
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence and account insights to property leadership.

Cross-Property Collaboration
  • Serve as the entertainment sales liaison between both hotels.
  • Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities between New York and Los Angeles based entertainment accounts.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of luxury hotel sales experience, with a strong preference for entertainment industry sales experience.
  • Established network within the entertainment, media, production, publicity, agency, or studio community.
  • Proven success generating entertainment group, transient, and corporate business.
  • Experience working with luxury or lifestyle hotel brands preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between key entertainment markets and industry events.
  • Experience with Delphi, Salesforce, Cvent, or similar sales platforms preferred.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.

Preferred Experience
  • Existing relationships within major studios, streaming platforms, production companies, talent agencies, publicity firms, and entertainment travel management companies.
  • Experience selling both New York City and Los Angeles hotel markets.
  • Luxury lifestyle hospitality experience.
