About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to establish our sales strategy and process for our AI Security and risk mitigation product offerings. As the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in defining and expanding our sales efforts for our AI Firewall and MLOps platform. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute regional sales strategies, build strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team.

As a Head of Sales you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives for AI Security and risk mitigation products
  • Lead and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, conduct market analysis, and stay informed about industry trends
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target enterprises
  • Collaborate with the executive team to establish partnerships and alliances
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account management, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant insights

What we look for:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly in the cybersecurity space
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • In-depth understanding of AI technologies, security, and risk mitigation, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute successful regional sales strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

$200,000 - $250,000 a year

This position will have an additional incentive plan tied to a sales quota.
