Job Responsibilities
  • Perform cut & etch on welded parts
  • Shim weld tooling
  • Understanding of blueprint/assembly print reading.
  • Building and disassemble weld cells
  • Basic Pneumatic skills
  • Basic Machining
  • MIG welding
  • Adjusting sensors (advance and retract based on HMI )
  • Touching up 1 to 2 Robots types
  • Basic Robot programing
  • Reading weld prints
  • Willing to travel up to 40% of time to customer sites
  • Maintain a skills inventory score indicative of a level I or higher technician
Job Requirements
  • Basic understanding of mechanical components (metric and standard fasteners, socket head cap screws, button head, hex head, flat head and dowel pins)
  • Basic understanding of electrical components, basic use of a volt meter to check for AC voltage and DC voltage.
