Job description

Job Summary 

Supports the General Manager in running the location day to day — leading the team, protecting service standards, and helping manage operations and costs. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supervise shifts, direct the crew, and help build schedules 
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training 
  • Manage inventory, place vendor orders, and help control food and labor costs 
  • Ensure compliance with food-safety and brand standards 
  • Handle cash management, deposits, and daily reporting 
  • Resolve escalated guest issues 
  • Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence 

Qualifications 

  • 1+ year of restaurant or retail supervisory experience 
  • Must be 18+ 
  • Leadership, organization, and basic understanding of cost/P&L controls 
  • ServSafe or equivalent certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) 
  • Flexible, open availability 

Physical Requirements 

  • Stand and move for entire shifts 
  • Lift up to ~30 lbs
