Responsibilities:
Opening Responsibilities
- Open café and prepare workstation
- Turn on the espresso machine and equipment
- Calibrate espresso shots and grinders
- Brew coffee and teas
- Stock cups, lids, syrups, milks, and supplies
- Prep ingredients for drinks and grab-and-go items
- Ensure café is clean and guest-ready
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly
- Take customer orders accurately
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
