Responsibilities:

Opening Responsibilities

  • Open café and prepare workstation
  • Turn on the espresso machine and equipment
  • Calibrate espresso shots and grinders
  • Brew coffee and teas
  • Stock cups, lids, syrups, milks, and supplies
  • Prep ingredients for drinks and grab-and-go items
  • Ensure café is clean and guest-ready

Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly
  • Take customer orders accurately
  • Answer menu questions and make recommendations
