This process eliminates the high acidity natural to coffee beans by controlling the roasting temperature and length of time in the roaster. The results are a perfect, rich and flavorful cup of coffee with a wonderful aroma.
Job Description
Job Summary and Mission
We are currently seeking to add an upbeat and dynamic barista with self motivation and a passion for specialty coffees and teas to the Carefree Coffee Roastery Team. We are looking to fill a part time barista position who is available to work mornings and early afternoons. A successful candidate will demonstrate a high willingness to learn, punctuality, and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provides outstanding customer service and individualized attention to all customers
  • Willingness to develop a knowledge base of specialty coffees and teas
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provides consistent product quality
  • Follows health, safety, and sanitary guidelines for all products
