**Director of Nursing / Nursing Supervisor (RN)**

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate **Registered Nurse leader** to join our team in a nursing supervision/leadership capacity. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with strong clinical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving quality patient outcomes across multiple departments. You will play a key role in supporting staff, improving operations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.


**Qualifications**


* Active **Oklahoma RN license**

* **Minimum 5 years of nursing supervision experience**

* **2+ years of director-level experience preferred**, ideally overseeing multiple departments

* **BSN required; Master’s degree highly preferred**

* Current **CPR certification** (or completion within 30 days of hire)

* Experience with **Meditech** preferred; **Epic experience strongly preferred** due to upcoming system transition


**Key Responsibilities**


* Provide leadership and oversight to nursing teams across assigned departments

* Ensure safe staffing, workflow efficiency, and quality patient outcomes

* Support and mentor nursing staff through coaching, training, and professional development

* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

* Monitor compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements

* Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

* Maintain accurate documentation and support EMR transition efforts


* Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
* Provide health care, first aid, immunizations, or assistance in convalescence or rehabilitation in locations such as schools, hospitals, or industry.
* Provide or arrange for training or instruction of auxiliary personnel or students.
* Perform physical examinations, make tentative diagnoses, and treat patients en route to hospitals or at disaster site triage centers.
* Administer local, inhalation, intravenous, or other anesthetics.
