Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an RMA Manager to oversee return material authorization (RMA) operations and drive efficient processing of returned products within manufacturing and repair operations. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the RMA Department in a production/warehouse environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The RMA Manager will lead RMA processes, manage cross-functional coordination for returned materials, and ensure timely disposition and reporting of defective products while assisting this RMA Department as needed.

Responsibilities
  • ย Oversee daily RMA operations including intake, tracking, disposition, and reporting of returned products
  • ย Manage RMA workflows to ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and efficient turnaround times
  • ย Collaborate with Repair, Failure Analysis, Quality, and Customer Quality teams to determine root cause and disposition of returned units
  • ย Establish and maintain RMA procedures, work instructions, and documentation standards
  • ย Monitor and analyze RMA data including failure trends, return rates, and turnaround time metrics
  • ย Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce return rates and improve repair efficiency
  • ย Ensure proper system tracking of RMA units within ERP/MES systems for full traceability
  • ย Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for receiving, handling, and storage of returned materials
  • ย Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates on RMA status and resolution timelines
  • ย Support customer escalations related to returned products and ensure timely resolution
  • ย Oversee disposition decisions including repair, scrap, return to customer, or replacement
  • ย Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts to address recurring product or process issues
  • ย Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and internal policies
  • ย Train and develop team members on RMA processes, systems, and best practices
  • ย Support audit activities related to RMA processes and documentation
  • ย Drive reporting and visibility of RMA performance metrics to leadership
  • ย Other Duties as assignedย 

Qualifications
  • ย Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Engineering strongly preferred
  • ย 5+ years of experience in RMA, repair operations, quality, or manufacturing environment
  • ย Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCBA, or repair operations preferred
  • ย Strong understanding of RMA processes, failure analysis, and product lifecycle
  • ย Experience working with ERP/MES systems for tracking and reporting
  • ย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • ย Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • ย Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment
  • ย Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • ย Experience with customer-facing quality or service processes preferred
  • ย Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production/warehouse environment and lift up to 25 poundsย
