Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. These tasks may include, but are not limited to answering phones, greeting guests, entering data, keeping records up to date for the office, and sending and receiving mail and other correspondence
Primary Responsibilities
  • Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they are visiting
  • Answering phones and making phone calls on behalf of office employees
  • Forwarding phone calls to appropriate recipients
