This role combines leadership, administrative, and clinical expertise, and the Clinical Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring that the healthcare facility or practice adheres to industry standards, legal requirements, and best practices.

This role is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of a healthcare facility, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care while maintaining a positive, efficient, and compliant clinical environment. This role requires a mix of clinical expertise, management skills, and the ability to work closely with both clinical and administrative teams. The Clinical Office Manager leads efforts to improve patient care, optimize clinical operations, and maintain regulatory compliance, all while supporting the professional development of the clinical team.

  • Budget Management: Assist with the budgeting process for clinical operations, including staffing, equipment, and supplies. Ensure that clinical resources are used effectively and efficiently within the allocated budget.
  • Technology and Data Management:
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management: Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of patient information in the Electronic Health Record system. Oversee the maintenance of patient records and ensure they are accessible for clinical review.
  • Utilize Data for Decision-Making: Use clinical data, performance metrics, and patient feedback to make informed decisions about improving patient care, staff efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting (e.g., hospital, clinic, outpatient facility), including at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role. Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.

REQUIREMENTS: Completion of Medical Assistant Program; Medical Assistant Certification referred.
