Our most famous dish is "Champon" which is a rich, filling noodle dish with pork, seafood, and vegetables simmered in a savory broth. Part-Time Team Member

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a cook at fast-food restaurants.
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time and multitask in a fast- pace environment.
  • Must possess experience with a variety of cooking methods and techniques.
  • Needs to possess competent knife skills to complete tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Must be punctual on time.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers and staff members.
  • Must possess a passion for food knowledge.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including morning and night hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Must have a valid State of Hawaii TB clearance card.
