Join a large, busy practice with a collaborative anesthesia team and a diverse case mix. NorthStar offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a supportive clinical leadership team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $500K base salary

  • $25K Quality Incentive + $20K Acuity Stipend  (total $545K all-in)

  • Cardiac anesthesiologists receive an additional $60K cardiac stipend

  • 12 weeks PTO

  • $90K Sign-On Bonus for up to 3-year commitment

  • Full NSA benefits including 401(k) and more
