At Rightsize Facility, we believe great workplaces inspire great work. We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Commercial Interiors Sales Manager to help clients transform their office environments through innovative workplace and interior solutions.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. The Commercial Interiors Sales Manager partners with clients to develop thoughtful, strategic workplace solutions that align with business goals, culture, and employee experience. You'll collaborate with design, project management, and leadership teams to guide projects from concept through installation while building long-term client partnerships.

What You'll DoLead & Innovate
  • Drive commercial office interior projects from initial consultation through project completion
  • Utilize Rightsize Facility's proven sales process to deliver creative, profitable workplace solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients seeking innovative and sustainable office environments
Sales & Account Management
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account growth
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue goals
  • Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify client needs and recommend customized workplace solutions
Business Development & Client Engagement
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, presentations, digital outreach, and industry events
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using personal and professional networks
  • Collaborate with marketing and engagement teams on branding and outreach initiatives
Design & Product Expertise
  • Partner with design teams on space planning, furniture selection, pricing, and workplace strategy
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and emerging workplace solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on commercial office furniture and interior environments
Collaboration & Project Execution
  • Coordinate with internal PMO and operations teams for seamless project execution
  • Support on-site installations and proactively resolve challenges as needed
  • Ensure projects are delivered successfully and exceed client expectations
Professional Development
  • Participate in leadership and sales training programs, including our WIN Strategy
  • Utilize CRM and pipeline management systems to manage opportunities and performance metrics
What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
  • Experience in commercial office furniture, workplace interiors, interior design, or related industries
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry is a plus
  • Previous CRM experience preferred (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
