Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through project close, consistently achieving sales goals.
- Build lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and tailored workplace solutions.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Partner with design teams to provide space planning, product recommendations, and pricing solutions.
- Stay current on office furniture products, workplace trends, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
- Represent the company during installations, helping resolve issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs.
- Utilize established sales processes and CRM systems (such as NetSuite) to effectively manage opportunities and performance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
- Experience in interior design, contract furniture, or commercial interiors
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate (CRE) industry
- Proven ability to build relationships with executives and key decision-makers
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, andย solution-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle)
- Adaptable team player with a strong desire to learn and support sales operations
