Rigging Coordinators are professionals responsible for overseeing the setup, maintenance, and safe operation of rigging equipment used in industries such as film, theater, live events, and construction. They coordinate teams of riggers to install and dismantle rigging systems, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and production requirements. Rigging Coordinators also plan rigging logistics, inspect equipment, and communicate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
