Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions for patients addressing mental health concerns intertwined with substance abuse recovery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine patient needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans grounded in best practices and solution-oriented methodologies.
  • Utilize various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support patients in their recovery journeys.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and ensure all patient interactions are documented appropriately.
  • Collaborate actively with the treatment team to deliver coordinated care and ensure holistic support for each patient.
  • Educate patients and their families on available mental health resources and substance abuse recovery strategies, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical practices in substance abuse therapy to continually enhance your skills and the efficacy of your interventions.

Qualifications
