Job description

Allegiance Financial Group Advisory Services, an established financial planning and investment management firm located in Wilmington, NC currently has an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Client Service Associate to join our team. Salary and Benefits

  • Salary for this position will be based on experience, with a range of $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience.
  • Quarterly incentive bonus plan (after 6 months)
  • 401(k) with 3.5% match (after 90 days)
  • Portion of health insurance paid by company
  • Collegial office environment
  • Room for growth and training

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to clients of multiple advisors in the firm
  • Answer client calls and respond to client service requests primarily using Schwab
  • Maintain updated information in our CRM - Redtail
  • Complete and track account paperwork and transfers
  • Schedule client review meetings and assist with meeting prep
  • Assist with prospect and new client onboarding processes
  • Help coordinate client and team events

Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Must have a "client service +" attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously after our training period
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently
  • 2 years of professional office experience

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
