Full Job Description:
Outside Sales Account Manager will be focused on a few accounts in the Nashville area. Utilizing sales portal to communicate with clients and set appointments to measure projects using estimating software and pricing products and services to client. Account manager will need to drive to different projects throughout the Nashville area, assess the needs of the project, measure and estimate using preset pricing and products to complete each project.
Position Summary:
Responsible for measuring projects, estimating pricing and products needed while communicating with client and subcontractors.
Essential Functions:
  • Maintain positive customer relationships
  • Provide measurements for installation
  • Utilize technology to report and submit orders
  • Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to customer's satisfaction
  • Assess current condition of projects for potential issues during flooring installations
  • Communicate effectively to client as well as to support staff and subcontractors
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Must have flooring or construction knowledge.
  3. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  4. Must be a self-starter and people person.
  5. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
  6. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
  7. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
  8. Be comfortable working with and learning new technology systems and software.
  9. Must be eager to learn and grow!

Desired Qualifications:
  1. Experience using Measure Square or RFMS Measure software
  2. Flooring Experience
