Day-to-Day Tasks:
  • Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering a great customer experience
  • Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers
  • Schedule appointments for client design consultations
  • Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
  • Measure spaces, estimate materials, product suggestions, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality
  • Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes & photos
  • Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
  • Utilize social media platforms to build a network & prospect for new business
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Interior Design, Furniture Sales, Hospitality or similar role
  • Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
  • Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
  • Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business.
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
  • Personal & professional judgment
  • Quick to help customers get what they need
  • Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority
  • Time management skills & detailed oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Knowledge of RFMS & Mobile Measure a plus, but not required - willing to train
  • Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
