How You Will Make an Impact
- Review complex architectural plans, specifications, and project documents to establish precise bidding scopes.
- Execute accurate material and labor quantity takeoffs using specialized estimating software.
- Build dynamic Excel-based bid templates, formulas, and builder-required selection packages.
- Generate detailed mini-plans and shower line drawings to guide smooth field installation processes.
- Collaborate directly with vendors, builders, and internal teams to clarify scopes and solve technical bid questions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
