How You Will Make an Impact

  • Review complex architectural plans, specifications, and project documents to establish precise bidding scopes.
  • Execute accurate material and labor quantity takeoffs using specialized estimating software.
  • Build dynamic Excel-based bid templates, formulas, and builder-required selection packages.
  • Generate detailed mini-plans and shower line drawings to guide smooth field installation processes.
  • Collaborate directly with vendors, builders, and internal teams to clarify scopes and solve technical bid questions.
  • Analyze bid packages prior to final submission to guarantee accurate pricing and complete alignment with client needs.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience estimating residential flooring, tile, and countertop projects.
  • Deep understanding of residential construction operations and surface installation methods.
  • Proven capability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural plans and project specifications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED credential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort using AI-powered tools to improve estimating efficiency, data analysis, research, and day-to-day workflow.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members, vendors, and builder customers.
