Job description

RFID Specialist (Temporary – 3 Month Assignment) - $22-$30/hr

Schedule:

  • Primary Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Must be flexible to support 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and occasional inventory projects/testing as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented RFID Specialist to support warehouse receiving, RFID tag management, inventory accuracy, and pallet labeling. This role ensures products are accurately received, labeled, tracked, and recorded to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments.
  • Generate and apply inventory labels and RFID tags.
  • Verify RFID functionality and data accuracy.
  • Create and manage pallet labels.
  • Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support RFID system testing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory control, or receiving experience preferred.
  • Experience using handheld scanners or RFID equipment is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Environment

  • Warehouse environment with frequent walking, standing, and inventory activities.

Assignment Details

  • Temporary 3-month assignment
  • Primary Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Flexibility required for 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and inventory/testing activities as needed.
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday.
