We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to join a growing and innovative aerospace and defense organization in Burbank, CA. This is a hands-on design role working within a collaborative environment of engineers and technical professionals driving the next generation of high-performance RF systems.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, simulation, modeling, prototyping, and testing of RF components and subsystems operating across VHF to Ku-band frequencies
- Develop RF layouts and 3D models using advanced design software
- Perform RF and microwave circuit analysis and optimization using simulation tools
- Conduct lab testing and validation using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other RF/microwave test equipment
- Work cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, and drafting teams to support product development from concept through final qualification
- Continuously contribute to design enhancements and system improvements
- Adapt to new challenges and responsibilities as projects evolve
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
