We’re partnering with a leading engineering organization to identify an Engineering Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects across a diverse portfolio. This role will oversee teams spanning civil, structural, telecom, and energy disciplines—driving projects from concept through completion while ensuring technical excellence, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams
- Oversee design deliverables for accuracy, compliance, and quality
- Drive project execution, schedules, budgets, and resource planning
- Collaborate with clients and construction partners to ensure successful outcomes
- Support cross-office operations between Phoenix, AZ and Irvine, CA
What they’re looking for:
- Professional Engineering (PE) license (or ability to obtain in CA and other states)
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of leadership/project management experience
- Background in civil and structural engineering (telecom experience a plus)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, RISA, tnxTower, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
