Location: Fremont, California

Target Compensation: $87K - $118K (commensurate with experience)

Bonus: Eligible

Position Overview

The Strategic Business Analyst will serve as a key business partner supporting Delta Electronics’ Telecom Infrastructure organization through market intelligence, business analysis, strategic planning support, and cross-functional operational coordination. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Marcom, and Leadership teams to identify market opportunities, evaluate competitive positioning, support customer engagement strategies, and drive internal business alignment.


The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical capability, market awareness, strategic thinking, presentation development, and operational coordination experience within Telecom, Infrastructure, Technology, Energy, or adjacent industries.


Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze telecom infrastructure industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments including 5G/6G, AI, Edge Computing, Data Centers, and Infrastructure modernization
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking, market analysis, and product positioning assessments
  • Track customer, competitor, and industry financial performance to evaluate investment priorities and strategic direction
  • Support leadership with market insights, reporting visibility, and strategic business recommendations

Business Strategy & Sales Support

  • Support development of annual business strategy and long-term planning initiatives
  • Research potential customers and develop customer/business profiles to support business development efforts
  • Assist Sales Teams with customer presentations, executive reviews, and messaging refinement
  • Analyze operational, technical, and utility-related data to support customer value propositions and energy optimization initiatives

Cross-Functional Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate across Business Units, Finance, Sales, Marcom, and Leadership teams to support organizational alignment and operational visibility
  • Consolidate reporting materials, business review documentation, and operational updates
  • Support CRM-related activities, reporting coordination, and internal business process alignment
  • Assist with trade show coordination, customer event planning, and strategic business initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Approximately 4+ years of experience within Business Analysis, Market Intelligence, Strategy, Telecom, Infrastructure, Technology, or related industries
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working within cross-functional and fast-paced business environments
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and stakeholder coordination capabilities
  • Ability to synthesize business data into strategic insights and recommendations


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience within Telecom Infrastructure, Data Center, Technology Infrastructure, Energy Infrastructure, or adjacent industries
  • Exposure to CRM systems, business reporting tools, and dashboard development
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, market intelligence, or commercial operations initiatives
  • Understanding of infrastructure technologies including AI, Edge Computing, Data Centers, Energy Optimization, or Telecom modernization
  • Flexibility to occasionally support collaboration across Asia time zones
