As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills and expertise in retirement benefits will drive growth and innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to assist in the design, implementation, and management of our benefit and compensation programs, while also developing HRIS processes to support these initiatives. You will play a crucial part in crafting strategies that align our compensation, benefits, and HRIS processes, ensuring they are effectively operationalized and communicated across the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Benefits:
    • Support the design, communication, and administration of employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, etc.).
    • Manage retirement programs which includes ensuring audit processes are streamlined, audits are completed timely and recommending changes where appropriate.
  • Compensation:
    • Conduct market research and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
    • Learn and support the development/preparation of the annual proxy statement.
    • Learn and support the annual processing of the short-term and long-term incentive plan calculations and payments.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards on compensation and benefits data.
    • Analyze the impact of total rewards programs on employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • HRIS
    • Support the Workday design configuration and maintenance of annual benefit and compensation processes (e.g. open enrollment, merit, short- and long-term incentives)
    • Work with stakeholders to design and implement Workday enhancements to improve employee technology experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with HR Business Partners, recruiting teams, and management to ensure competitive and effective total reward strategies.
    • Communicate total rewards information to employees to increase understanding and engagement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in retirement benefits
  • Strong desire to learn new areas
  • System thinking
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, or similar platforms is a must.
  • Understanding of relevant benefits/compensation regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues based on the data or available information
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
