TOTAL REWARDS ANALYST
HYBRID POSITION | ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK AT JOSTENS' CORPORATE OFFICE (MINNEAPOLIS, MN)
ABOUT YOU:
As a Total Rewards Analyst, this role plays a critical role in the operations of the organization's Total Rewards strategy. This role supports the organization's total rewards plans and programs, which may include health and welfare plans, retirement plans, leave policies, paid time off plans, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits policies and/or compensation programs for US and International employees. As an analyst, you will ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local benefit and/or compensation laws. You will also provide analytical and administrative support and may recommend program enhancements.
YOU WILL:
  • Support Day-to-Day Total Rewards Programs. Support the daily administration of compensation and benefits programs for employees. Provide support to employees, managers, HR partners, process and/or troubleshoot program eligibility, enrollment, and other issues that arise. Triage issues as needed. Ensure accurate documentation and administration processing of Total Rewards programs.
  • Administer and Support Annual Cycles. Administer US and Global compensation programs to execute routine base pay changes. Assist with the planning and execution of annual/quarterly and other incentive plans, including sales incentive payment process and special incentive programs.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives. Conduct Total Rewards analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Analyzes trends and costs to make and implement recommendations. Assist with Total Rewards program budgets.
  • Maintain System Integrity. Ensure accurate data entry and integrity within the HRIS related to compensation and benefits systems. Maintain job description database. Maintain and Audit Benefits & Compensation data in HRIS systems.
  • Develop Program Communications. Create communications and trainings for Total Rewards programs including annual enrollment, retirement, merit and bonus cycles.
  • Conduct Compensation Evaluations. Assist with review of job duties, job and market analysis, develop recommendations for grade assignment, FLSA status and incentive eligibility.
  • Participate in Surveys & Benchmarking. Submit data to third-party surveys and use insights to inform compensation strategies.
  • Ensure Compliance. Participates in the development of the Total Rewards strategy aligned with the organization's business strategy in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Support compliance activities related to compensation and benefits administration: 5500 reporting, NDT, ACA, FLSA, Minimum Wage Reviews, etc. Maintains current and accurate program documentation, assist with filing deadlines, and ensures program compliance with applicable regulations: Plan/Program Documents, SBCs, enrollment guides, Summary Annual Reports, Anti-discrimination testing, 5500 reports, audits, etc.
  • Support Other Projects. Support the broader Total Rewards team in other total rewards programs and HR systems, serving as a back up to others on the team. Support other project as needed.

YOU HAVE:
  • Education & Experience. • 4-year degree with 3 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a Total Rewards function (preference for experience supporting benefits for an employee base greater than 1000 employees).
  • Technical Skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred experience working with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Analytical Strength. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, organizational skills, and detail orientated.
  • Total Rewards Knowledge. Knowledge of total rewards - compensation, benefits and/or time off plans/regulations. Preferred strong business acumen.
  • Strong Project & Time Management. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Confidentiality. Capable of managing sensitive and confidential data with professionalism.
  • Collaboration & Customer Service. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Team-Oriented. Comfortable working across teams and serving as a resource for employees and HR partners.
