Summary

A respected mechanical contractor is seeking a skilled Plumbing Revit Designer to support commercial and multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for producing coordinated plumbing models and construction documents using Revit, working closely with project engineers, project managers, and field teams.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who understands plumbing systems and wants to grow within a stable, team-oriented environment with steady local work.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and modify plumbing system models using Revit (BIM)

  • Produce coordinated 3D models and detailed construction drawings

  • Translate redlines, sketches, and markups into accurate shop drawings and as-builts

  • Coordinate plumbing systems with architectural, structural, and mechanical trades

  • Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings

  • Assist with material takeoffs and drawing sets for submittals

  • Maintain drawing revisions and organized project documentation

  • Support field teams with layout details and design clarifications


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Revit experience in plumbing or MEP environments

  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems for commercial and/or multifamily projects

  • Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience a plus)

  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents
