You'll collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver accurate designs that meet project requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
What will you do?
  • Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and construction documentation using Revit across multiple projects and disciplines.
  • Produce coordinated drawings, layouts, schedules, and model deliverables in accordance with company and client standards.

  • Design Interpretation - developing level; translating engineering concepts into constructible BIM models.
  • Attention to Detail - advanced level; ensuring model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaboration - developing level; working effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project partners.
  • Problem Solving - developing level; identifying and resolving design and modeling issues in a timely manner.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a strong understanding of BIM workflows and best practices.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining BIM models and construction documentation in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, design coordination processes, and multidisciplinary project delivery.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering and project teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes that enhance BIM project delivery.

What's in it for me?
  • Gain hands-on experience creating and coordinating BIM models across the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction documentation and project closeout.
  • Work alongside experienced engineers and BIM professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages continuous learning.
  • Exposure to a variety of project types, industries, and innovative design technologies, providing opportunities to expand your technical expertise.
  • Build proficiency with industry-leading BIM tools, standards, and workflows while contributing to impactful projects.
