About Wing

Wing offers drone delivery as a safe, fast, and sustainable solution for last mile logistics. Wing’s fleet of highly automated delivery drones can transport small packages directly from businesses to homes on-demand, in minutes. We design, build, and operate our aircraft, and offer drone delivery services on two continents. Our technology is designed to be easy to integrate into existing delivery and logistics networks, offering a scalable drone delivery solution for a broad range of businesses. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as detailed repair manuals, effective troubleshooting guides, and clear training materials, to support internal teams and external partners.
  • Take ownership of data analysis and reporting related to technical rebuild metrics, providing insights into performance, identifying trends, and recommending data‑driven solutions for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in reverse logistics, service engineering, or a related technical role with increasing responsibility.
