What You'll Do
The Revenue Recovery Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and reducing revenue loss through denial prevention, write off analysis, and upstream recovery optimization. This role performs detailed data analysis to identify trends, conducts root cause analysis of denials and operational adjustments, and partners with clinical, coding, revenue cycle, and finance teams to drive corrective actions. The Revenue Recovery Analyst supports enterprise revenue integrity by improving processes, educating stakeholders, and monitoring the effectiveness of remediation efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in revenue integrity, denial analysis, billing compliance, or revenue cycle analytics
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting denial prevention or revenue recovery initiatives
  • Healthcare certification (coding, billing, or revenue cycle) preferred
