Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Position Overview
The Partnership Revenue Optimization Manager is responsible for maximizing the performance, pricing, and long-term value of SSE's partnership portfolio. This role focuses on revenue strategy, inventory management, and commercial rigor, ensuring every deal is structured to deliver both partner impact and organizational growth. This role serves as a key thought leader for partnerships and translates data into visual reporting frameworks and compelling recommendations that directly influence revenue and commercial decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Along with leadership, lead pricing strategy, packaging, and valuation of partnership assets across the portfolio.
  • Identify revenue opportunities within existing partnerships through optimization, innovation, and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with internal partnership group to ensure sales concepts are structured for maximum commercial impact.
  • Oversee inventory management (KORE), ensuring efficient allocation and strategic use of assets and maintenance of KORE inventory, ratecard updates, dealsheets, and reporting. Develop frameworks and tools to improve deal quality, consistency, and scalability.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to inform pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue reporting efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align current partnership business objectives.
  • Drive a culture of revenue discipline, ensuring decisions balance creativity with commercial integrity.
  • Primary liaison with the NHL for mid-season, end of season sponsorship revenue submission reporting, virtual asset trafficking.
  • Primary liaison between partnership valuation platforms and data points.
  • Primary liaison between fan insights platforms (YouGov, Nielsen) partnership data (Zoomph, Trajektory, Google Analytics) and the Partnerships overall group.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field required or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in analytics, business insights, or partnership solutions background with a preference for experience at a sports and entertainment property, agency, or brand.
  • Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player who is proactive and driven, and works well on a team or independently.
  • Strong business acumen with advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable revenue strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, BI, partnership marketing, and finance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of the sports/entertainment and media landscape.
  • Proficiency with CRM and data visualization tools, specifically KORE/Tableau, data tools, and partnership valuation resources (Trajektory, Zoomph).
  • Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • This job will require availability to work shifts outside of SSE's typical business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals.
  • Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15 lbs with or without accommodation.
  • Physically navigate stairs and catwalks at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays (all with advance notice).
  • On-site at SAP Center location. May be required to travel to other company locations.
