Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Deal Operations Analyst to join our dynamic DealDesk organization, focusing on operational support for our go-to-market process in a hybrid setting based in Lehi, UT. This role involves partnering with operational teams and product business units to facilitate and ensure smooth execution of go-to-market offers, supporting system administration activities, and improving business processes within the ecosystem. Ideal candidates will empower our team, streamline approval pathways, and contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing our quote-to-cash processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with operational teams and product units to effectively bring Go-To-Market offers to life.
  • Support and enable Deal Desk Analysts by coordinating training on enterprise products and processes.
  • Develop and maintain approval pathways and process documentation to ease team navigation through enterprise offerings.
  • Communicate strategic changes impacting deal support to global teams and contribute to quote-to-cash process improvements.
  • Serve as a primary contact for guiding team members on CRM, CPQ, and CLM processes and swiftly resolving issues to maintain business momentum.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficient in business process analysis specifically in deal desk or revenue operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills for simplifying complex topics and aligning diverse team efforts.
Industry Experience Required:
  • At least 3 years in a business process analyst role or similar, preferably within finance, business administration, operations, or a related field.
