We're looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to join our team. Reporting directly to the SVP Systems & Revenue Operations, this position will oversee the global functions of Revenue Operations, Planning, Forecasting, Sales commissions and regional sales operations and Go-To-Market tools and systems.
This role will collaborate directly with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to determine change to GTM strategy & planning, implement performance metrics and influence alignment of all revenue operations.
What you'll be doing:
  • Drive effective revenue opåerational management within the Go-To-Market function
  • Manage revenue growth strategy and execution, operations, enablement and data analysis to support global Go-To-Market initiatives
  • Ensure global alignment across sales functions
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive annual revenue operations planning cycles and alignment across cross-functional businesses
  • Develop and influence new processes and technologies that optimize the path for supporting the revenue growth of the businesses globally across all routes to market
  • Develop and nurture cross-functional partnerships across the entire organization which impact overall growth
  • Partner with leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities for the team, overseeing objectives and key results, and ensuring focus is on highest-impact initiatives
  • Partner with relevant GTM Teams and Sales Strategy to leverage performance analytics, influence cross-functional revenue programs and escalate relevant topics
  • Build strong working relationships with executives and key leaders across GTM teams (e.g. product, engineering, marketing, information technology and finance) and influence the goals and priorities of stakeholders whose mission aligns with that of Revenue Operations
  • Build, develop and manage a diverse team of high-performing managers: Build and maintain a world-class, inclusive, diverse, high-performing team by driving effective onboarding, on-going training, retention with a strong remote culture

What you need to bring:
  • 8+ years experience in Strategy, FP&A, GTM Operations and in a People Management role
  • Experience in business, operational leadership roles in a global SaaS Sales environment
  • Experience in crafting strategic vision, making data-driven business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions
  • Extensive experience in a high-impact strategic role in a fast-growth global organisation
  • MBA degree preferred
  • AI transformation experience preferred within Rev Ops context
  • Management experience and skills with proven experience influencing in a highly-matrixed company
  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with all C-level executives and senior leaders
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
  • Ability to understand key performance indicators, both quantitative and qualitative in a compelling way
  • Strong analytical background; prior experience in a strategic marketing role and/or strategy consulting would be helpful

At Lightspeed, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skillset, qualifications, experience, and market data. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of 180 000 to 250 000 USD, depending on the candidate's location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. Lightspeed also provides a variety of employee benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, wellness, life and disability insurance, 401K plan and match, paid parental leave top-up, and paid time off.
