Job Summary

The Revenue Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue by developing and executing data-driven, AI-enabled marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, expansion, and sales velocity. This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel teams to align marketing investments with business priorities and deliver predictable revenue outcomes. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, a passion for leveraging AI and marketing technology, and the ability to translate customer insights into high-performing integrated campaigns. The Revenue Marketing Manager continuously evaluates performance, optimizes programs through experimentation and data, and ensures marketing investments generate measurable business impact across the buyer journey.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own marketing's contribution to pipeline generation by developing and executing integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive qualified demand, accelerate opportunities, and influence revenue across digital, field, partner, email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and events.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Creative, and external partners to align marketing strategies, target accounts, campaign execution, and go-to-market initiatives with pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Leverage customer, intent, engagement, CRM, and third-party data, along with AI-powered marketing technologies, to improve audience segmentation, personalization, campaign orchestration, content development, predictive insights, and marketing automation.
  • Analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance to optimize conversion rates, marketing efficiency, attribution, and return on investment (ROI), providing data-driven recommendations that maximize business impact and revenue growth.
  • Develop business cases and investment recommendations using performance analytics, attribution data, and expected revenue outcomes, while managing marketing budgets to optimize spend and pipeline contribution.
  • Lead partner and co-marketing initiatives that expand market reach, strengthen strategic relationships, and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying experimentation, AI, emerging marketing technologies, and industry best practices to enhance campaign performance, scalability, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role with demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using insights and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and revenue marketing platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, DemandBase or similar technologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve marketing execution, personalization, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, attribution, campaign ROI, and marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and making data-driven investment decisions.

This position offers a total compensation range of $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
