POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a foundational role in building our sales development function from the ground up. This is a newly established function within the company, so we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one - bringing prior SDR experience and a strong work ethic to consistently execute outbound and inbound motions. As our process matures, your day-to-day results and hands-on experience will naturally inform how we refine outreach and workflows, but the priority is execution first. This role offers a clear path for growth into future sales or marketing positions as our team scales.
