Job description

About the Role:

As a Finance Analyst, you will work on a variety of financial models and plans. Activities include but are not limited to forecasting, planning, resource prioritization and business profitability, and translating analyses into easy-to-understand presentations. This position participates in the planning and execution of strategy to ensure a successful closure of every fiscal year.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create, design, and maintain reusable datasets with appropriate architecture to work with high level of data complexity
  • Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Manage assigned SOX Internal Controls
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to drive scalable analysis and insight
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of financials throughout systems
  • Prepare quarterly analysis and reports for E&O, NRV adjustments, Warranty, Pricing, Labor, and Overhead
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
  • Professional certification (CPA/CMA/Qualified Accounting certificate) is a plus
  • Proficiency in data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Excel, Essbase, and/or Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, and SAP)
  • Familiar with concepts of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
