Job description

Lympha Press, a leader in home compression therapy, is now offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management as a full-time job in Glen Mills, PA.  

Lympha Press is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to be part of our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will build and lead a team that manages our commercial, federal, and other contracted payers; and the authorization, approval, billing, audit and payment processes related to them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizational Strategy – As a member of the extended leadership team, you will be responsible to:

• Participate in the company’s quarterly strategic planning sessions

• Evaluate the organization's market access and communicate business market needs to the Business Development Team

• Work closely with the President of Business Development to build industry relationships and influence for greater access

• Evaluate reimbursement opportunities for additional lines of business that could complement current business lines

Team Structure, Training, and Communication – The position will be responsible to:

• Evaluate, organize, and manage the team as they contribute to the revenue generation process in the business

• Create procedures and policies that drive efficiency and communication between the teams you manage and the broader organization

• Align the team around key metrics that drive production and maintain an understanding of workload and resource needs

• Provide clear communication with Sales and Client Services teams when adjustments are necessary

Audit and Claim Reviews and Appeals

• Oversee and manage the staff that performs payer audits and reviews

• Maintain organizational reporting on the impact of reviews and audits on the business

• Manage the ALJ Hearing Process for Medicare RAC and Prepayment Audits

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows in DME or healthcare reimbursement environments

• Strong leadership and team development capabilities

• Ability to manage cross-functional communication between billing, authorizations, and client services teams

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret reimbursement and denial trends

• Strong organizational and operational management skills

• Ability to manage high-volume workflow environments and competing priorities

• Strong communication skills across leadership and operational teams

• Proficiency with healthcare billing systems, payer portals, and reporting tools

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Five + years in the DME / Medical Reimbursement Industry

• Experience building and leading a team of remote and in-office employees

• Experience contributing to the long and short-term strategy of a fast-growth organization
