What are some common challenges faced by returns managers and how can they effectively address them?

Returns Managers often face challenges such as handling high volumes of returned merchandise, ensuring accurate processing, and minimizing costs associated with returns. Implementing clear return policies and leveraging technology for tracking and analysis can help identify trends, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency. Continual process improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key to overcoming these challenges and maintaining customer satisfaction.
