Job Summary
Massage Heights is seeking Spa Retreat Director, you will serve as the second-in-command, responsible for achieving Retreat goals and maintaining operational standards who reports directly to the franchise owner. This role involves implementing strategies to increase membership, supervising staff, Google reviews and developing marketing initiatives. You will also play a key role in recruiting and building a high-performing team that aligns with Massage Heights Decatur mission and values.

  • Execution of Company Goals - Implement strategic initiatives that align with growth and service excellence.
  • Membership Growth & Retention - Increase conversions by 30%, boost retention, and maintain a booked-solid schedule.
  • Staff Recruitment & Leadership - Recruit, onboard, and mentor a talented team of therapists and retreat associates.
  • Team Supervision & Development - Lead and inspire staff, ensuring high morale, productivity, and commitment to company goals.
  • Sales & Marketing Implementation - Develop marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and local business partnerships.
  • Business Outreach & Community Engagement - Build relationships, fitness and wellness professionals to expand network.
  • Customer Experience & Satisfaction - Ensure every guest and member receives a personalized, elevated experience.
  • Google Reviews & Brand Reputation - Encourage and manage 10 daily online reviews, ensuring a positive digital presence.
  • Day-to-Day Operations Management - Oversee retreat operations, scheduling, inventory, and daily Membership signups.
  • Financial Management: Monitor KPIs analyze key metrics, and provide insights to the owner.
