Project Manager – Lead Luxury Residential and High-End Commercial Construction


Job Overview

  • Company: Shorecrest Construction, Inc.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $110,000 - $135,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses and commission.
  • Location: Miami, Florida
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
  • Project Scope: Luxury residential and high-end commercial projects ranging from $1M to $15M.
  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.


The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of elite construction projects across Miami, driving them from buyout to final delivery. This role gives you the autonomy to manage multi-million dollar budgets while collaborating with an entrepreneurial, dynamic team. You will directly influence our growth into one of the most highly regarded contractors in the Southeast.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage and participate in the planning, project buy-out, scheduling, and budget maintenance activities.
  • Formulate and refine the master project schedule using Procore and Microsoft Office to meet critical dates.
  • Serve as the primary interface and liaison between the owner, design professionals, and field staff.
  • Oversee and evaluate subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure strict compliance with contract terms.
  • Create and manage vital project controls tracking RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and change orders.
  • Supervise project staff members, including the Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer.
  • Evaluate project designs for constructability and execute value-engineering strategies for cost savings.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience functioning as a construction Project Manager.
  • Direct field experience managing at least 2 to 3 construction projects valued over $1M each.
  • Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and highly detailed technical manuals.
  • Working knowledge of local permitting processes including DERM, SFWMD, and building departments.
  • Strong contract administration skills including AIA pay requisitions, bank draws, and change orders.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar scientific field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Procore, and modern construction management software platforms.
  • Demonstrated success acting as a self-started, creative problem solver with excellent people skills.
  • Exposure to project pro-formas, detailed cost budgeting, and financial profitability studies.
