Imagine being directly responsible for helping the nation grow, to BUILD. Rockland Manufacturing, a well-known, respected, family-owned construction equipment manufacturer with an excellent reputation for quality and on-time shipments, is looking for an Account Manager in the Nashville area. 


What You'll Be Doing:

This is an established position covering heavy equipment dealer accounts in Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Our Account Managers are home based and spend 3-4 nights per week on the road visiting customers. This team puts a lot of value in activity and hustle!  You'll work with heavy equipment distribution (Dealers) to service the industry by:

  • Retaining, managing, and growing the existing customer base
  • Building relationships with key decision makers to create partnerships
  • Understanding their business beyond a product level
  • Cross-selling and creating multi product solution opportunities
  • Selling value through intangibles and services

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Motivated by your own goals and uncapped high earning potential
  • Able to work with minimal direct supervision
  • Knowledge of construction equipment/mechanical aptitude is a plus
