JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, self-starter with a high level of organizational skills to work in a positive, client driven, team-based environment. Must be able to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of personnel within the Company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver 100% coverage every reporting cycle of assigned retail territory according to client frequency plans.
  • Maintain merchandise displays by cleaning, stocking and rotating manufacturer's product, as assigned.
  • Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials, as assigned.
  • Take photos as requested with company provided device, as assigned.
  • Execute retail initiatives (new item placement, price incentives, contests, etc.), as assigned.
  • Attain new and existing item placement according to client and/or customer shelf standards, conditions and speed to shelf guidelines.
  • Report all Missions, Sets and Notes in Go Spot Check application in immediate and real time in conjunction with the actual performance of the work.
  • Effectively and accurately work with Go Spot Check application to check schedule for work assignments, accept work assignments, receive work documentation and information, record work start and completion times.
  • Attend customer store sets and set our client's shelving sections to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Record work expenses, work time and request all vacation and sick time accurately and timely in the Paycom system. Post all time accurately and in accordance with Company Policy prior to approving timecard for payment.
  • Report any company-provided equipment issues in a timely manner for immediate resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with Schraad staff and store personnel regarding tasks, sales activities and client objectives.
  • Check company email twice daily for operational updates.
  • Participate in team scheduled tasks such as retail sales meetings and food shows, as required.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to the position/department.
  • Continual travel is required. Travel may be outside the local area and include overnight stays.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, decision making and leadership skills
  • Strong demonstration of organization skills, being extremely detail oriented, commitment to maintaining quality standards per company policy and high attention to customer service
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with Schraad staff and store personnel
  • Proficient with using Technology (Computers, Smart Phone, Tablets)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and provide valid proof of insurance that meets company requirements
  • Must have access to reliable high-speed internet
