About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Retail Core System replacement project, part of a larger Merchandise Modernization program currently in its Design & Planning phase. This is a newly funded, multi-year initiative (3-year scope) replacing core retail systems, including Oracle RMS and Forecast & Replenishment Syste
ms. You'll partner closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional Business Transformation project and program managers to oversee multiple workstreams — including pricing, inventory management, and finance, with awareness of master data — driving the project from planning through execution.What You'll Do
Serve as Project Manager for the Retail Core System replacement effort, overseeing at least 3 major workstreams (pricing, inventory management, finance) plus awareness of master data
Own all core project management deliverables: status reporting, risk register, timelines, budget tracking, and change management
- Lead and participate in meetings across all workstreams, reporting progress and issues up to the Program Mana
- Collaborate closely with multiple project managers, team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders across departments
- Track and manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, burn rate, and actual co
- Maintain clear, consistent communication and follow-through across a complex, multi-workstream program
- What You Brings 8+ years of project management experience, including enterprise-level program/project delivery
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong track record collaborating with other project managers and team leaders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation ability
- Experience managing project financials — budgets, forecasting, burn rate charts, actual costs
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Project
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across many departments and stakeholder groups
