Coolray is looking for a Retail Program Supervisor to oversee our growing retail partnerships across ten Home Depot locations throughout the Nashville market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader ready to move beyond managing a single store and take ownership of multiple locations, multiple teams, and a growing business.

You'll spend your time coaching retail representatives, supporting store performance, recruiting top talent, partnering with retail management, and ensuring every location delivers an outstanding customer experience.

QualificationsWhat You'll Do:

As the Retail Program Supervisor, you'll serve as the primary leader for our retail teams across nine locations by:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing Retail Sales Representatives
  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent
  • Conducting regular visits to all assigned retail locations
  • Driving team performance through coaching, accountability, and recognition
  • Partnering with Home Depot and Costco leadership to strengthen relationships
  • Managing schedules, staffing levels, and event coverage
  • Monitoring KPIs, lead generation goals, and overall program performance
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion
  • Supporting new store launches, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives
  • Resolving operational challenges quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Creating an engaging, energetic culture focused on growth and results
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout retail locations
  • Regular travel between nine assigned stores
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
