OverviewJoin Mauzy and Help Power Our Retail Growth

Mauzy has proudly served San Diego homeowners for more than 55 years with trusted Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical services. We're looking for a highly organized, energetic Temporary Retail Program Manager to lead our retail partnership initiatives during our busiest season. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with long term potential running through October 31!

What Will You Do:

  • Manage Mauzy's retail lead generation program across partner retail locations.
  • Recruit, onboard, schedule, and coach Retail Brand Ambassadors.
  • Ensure retail locations are fully staffed during peak business hours.
  • Conduct regular site visits to support team performance and maintain partner relationships.
  • Monitor lead generation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate promotional events and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track program metrics and provide regular performance updates.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and retail displays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and retail partner expectations.

What Will You Bring:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience 
  • Proven success in developing and leading a team to accomplish area and companywide goals, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Solid computer skills
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Self-motivated, drive to be the best
  • Coaching skills to build a strong team

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
  • Weekends are required 

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this opportunity ranges from $80k-$100k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
