Russell Cellular is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandising Specialist to support our retail locations by ensuring compliance with Russell Cellular and Verizon branding standards. This position is responsible for reviewing store audits, managing merchandising communications, supporting digital content systems, overseeing office supply ordering platforms, and serving as a key resource for our field sales teams.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review internal and Verizon store audits and provide feedback to ensure branding compliance.
  • Communicate merchandising guidelines, deadlines, and expectations to field teams through Zipline and other communication channels.
  • Generate compliance and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and bi-weekly basis.
  • Review and approve office supply orders, business cards, and other branded materials.
  • Troubleshoot digital content players and coordinate repairs and installations when needed.
  • Monitor store conditions and identify opportunities to improve branding, cleanliness, signage, and overall store presentation.
  • Respond promptly to emails and support requests from retail locations.
  • Maintain accurate databases, records, and tracking systems.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to supporting retail teams.
