Job description

Licensed Insurance Producer Farmers Insurance Agency

We are seeking licensed insurance producers to join our team as Producers / Protegs. This role is ideal for individuals with a Property & Casualty license who are looking to grow their client base, develop sales skills, and provide exceptional service in the retail insurance market.

Salary: $45,000 $110,000 per year (base + bonus + commission)


Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through community outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct policy reviews and make recommendations to meet client needs
Educate clients on insurance products, coverages, and policy features
Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
Maintain accurate client and prospect records in agency systems
Collaborate with agency team members to meet growth and retention goals

Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Insurance experience preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
