The Regional Director provides leadership and direction across multiple districts to support long-term growth and performance. This role builds strong leadership teams, ensures alignment to company priorities, and drives regional financial and operational results. The Regional Director focuses on scalability, consistency, and sustained success across markets.

  • Build and lead a high-performing District Manager team
  • Own regional talent strategy, succession planning, and bench strength
  • Coach District Managers on leadership effectiveness, decision quality, and talent development
  • Ensure leadership standards and cultural expectations are consistent across the region
  • Partner with HR to plan long-term talent needs for growth and expansion

Operations

  • Set regional operating standards and ensure scalable execution
  • Ensure operational consistency across districts and markets
  • Identify process gaps and partner cross-functionally to improve systems
  • Lead regional operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as executive escalation point for operational risk and compliance

Merchandising

  • Own regional visual execution and brand consistency
  • Partner with Visual and Buying teams to refine fixture strategy and presentation
  • Ensure merchandising decisions drive sales, flow, and ease of shopping
  • Validate execution through district-level inspections and reviews
  • Lead regional transitions, remodels, and major visual initiatives

Service

  • Own the regional customer experience and service culture
  • Ensure consistent execution of the Party model across all districts
  • Use customer feedback and metrics to drive improvement
  • Partner with Training to elevate service capability at scale
  • Address systemic service issues with long-term solutions

Results

  • Own regional P&L performance and financial results
  • Set targets, priorities, and performance expectations for districts

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more

  • Sports, apparel, or merchandising retail experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders

Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to travel up to 50%
